F.A.Q.

Why do you require people to take off outside shoes?

Since we have many kids in our space who are not yet walking, we do not want any outside dirt or debris on the floors. You are welcome to wear your socks or bring indoor shoes with you. Please note we do not allow bare feet. We will have a selection of socks available for sale at the front counter.

Are you open on weekends?

Yes. We are open on Saturday from 10 AM – 4 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Do you offer birthday parties?

Yes. Click on our Birthday Party page to learn more!

What ages is the Learn & Play Café for?

Our learning-based play stations are targeted towards kids ages 6 months – 6 years, however, some of our activities are ageless (Lego table!!). Also, we will offer classes and camps for school-aged kids during school and summer breaks.

Why is there an extra charge for some classes?

We have partnered with a variety of talented people in the community to offer classes and as such, need to charge more to cover costs. We try to offer a competitive price for these classes.

Do you offer a nut-free facility, gluten-free products, or other allergy-free options?

We do not sell nut products or allow customers to bring them in, however, we can not guarantee that all surfaces will be nut-free. We will offer limited gluten, dairy, and egg-free menu options. Please speak to our kitchen staff before ordering if you have any allergy concerns.

Do you allow outside food or drinks in the facility?

We do not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the facility.

Is your facility wheel chair accessible?

Yes.

The ramp for the building is at the opposite end of the strip mall. We would recommend you park at the far end of the mall so you are close to ramp.
